About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Expert to join our team at Sopra Banking Software SA. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with diverse groups. A strong customer service ethic and commitment to confidentiality are essential. You will work closely with our internal teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide reliable support and exceptional customer service to strengthen client relationships.
  • Ensure adherence to contractual terms and service level agreements, and communicate client goals with internal teams.
  • Maintain knowledge of clients' businesses, manage backlogs, and meet timelines.
Requirements
