Job Summary
We are a leading provider of Health and Safety, HR, Employment Law and ISO Services to businesses. As our Client Retention Expert, you will play a crucial role in maintaining relationships with existing clients, focusing on client experience and identifying opportunities to add value. You will also be required to work with clients to support new business growth and identify solutions to potential issues.

About the Role
This is a full-time position that involves contacting an existing client base to discuss their service and maintain relationships. You will need to be confident, quick-thinking, adaptable and resilient, with excellent communication skills, particularly on the phone. A strong ability to learn quickly and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to reduce attrition
- Identify opportunities to add value and improve client experience
- Work with clients to support new business growth
- Develop and implement solutions to potential issues
