Client Relationship Executive

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in commercial insurance. They will be able to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and insurers, and stay up-to-date on new and existing products and current sector conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing accurate, independent insurance advice and support
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and insurers to ensure comprehensive coverage
- Negotiate with insurers to provide clients with a comprehensive insurance programme at a competitive premium
- Identify and develop opportunities for new and existing clients with the support of our marketing team
- Stay up-to-date on new and existing products and current sector conditions
- Monitor and report on performance against agreed targets and objectives
- Collaborate with the Commercial Team to achieve company goals
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Previous experience and knowledge in commercial insurance
- Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
- Basic computer literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to work towards set targets and objectives
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Commercial Insurance Account Executive
Salary and Benefits:
- A salary based on previous experience and qualifications, estimated to be around £50,000 - £70,000 per annum
