Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Consultant to join our team at Aon. As a Senior Risk Consultant, you will play a key role in developing and delivering consulting services to clients focused on risk retention, (re)insurance programme design, captive insurance companies, self-insurance strategies, alternative risk financing, and legacy risk solutions.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management and a proven track record of delivering complex projects to clients. You will be responsible for leading the delivery of risk financing projects to clients in both written and verbal forms, providing leadership within the consulting practice, and contributing to marketing and business planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead in the delivery of risk financing projects to clients, including the development of risk management strategies and the implementation of risk mitigation solutions.
  • Provide leadership within the consulting practice, including the management of individual engagements and the development of the consulting proposition.
  • Contribute to marketing and business planning initiatives, including the identification of new opportunities for the team and the development of relationships within Aon and externally.
  • Operate in an Aon United manner, bringing the best of Aon to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality results.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in risk management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues. You will also need to have a proven track record of delivering complex projects to clients and a strong understanding of the consulting industry.
