Ark Workplace Risk stands at the forefront of building safety assurance and risk compliance within the constructed environment.
Role Overview
This position reports directly to the Principal Consultant and is tasked with providing a variety of services aimed at assisting Accountable Persons with diverse resident engagement strategies, including the formulation of the Safety Case Report.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a dedicated team in drafting Building Safety Case Reports focused on Resident Engagement.
- Assist both internal teams and clients in navigating Building Safety resident engagement and compliance matters.
- Support the line manager in conducting audits, gap analyses, and gathering information for Resident Engagement reporting.
- Oversee, maintain, and validate all pertinent information related to resident engagement, with guidance from senior staff.
- Provide expert advice and support on various assignments and projects concerning Resident Engagement.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn about fire safety risk management to enhance professional knowledge.
- Possess familiarity with the Building Safety Act 2022, experience in developing resident engagement strategies, and contribute to the Safety Case Report.
- Bring experience from residential or customer service-oriented roles.
- Experience with ISO 9001 and safety risk assessments is advantageous.
- Assist in the preparation of policies and procedures.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Effectively plan and manage work independently without close supervision.
- Be proficient in Microsoft applications.
Travel Requirements
While the majority of our operations are centered in London, this role encompasses a national scope, necessitating flexibility and a willingness to travel as required.
