Senior Safety CDM Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Safety CDM Consultant to join our team at The Health and Safety Partnership. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality safety services to our clients across the UK and internationally.

About the Role

As a Senior Safety CDM Consultant, you will be working closely with our clients to provide expert advice on construction safety and business assurance services. Your duties will include:

  • Maintaining a high level of workload through bidding and proposal writing
  • Overseeing infrastructure projects for both current and prospective clients
  • Managing and delivering project deliverables
  • Offering support and contributing ideas to innovative delivery methods
  • Working closely with our London team on projects and delivery as part of the national team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ideal CMIOSH status or equivalent
  • A degree or higher-level qualification in a relevant Health and Safety or Construction subject
  • Experience in a consultancy environment delivering construction and business assurance services
  • Experience working with large-scale projects, including highways, infrastructure, power, rail, and/or water
  • Delivering CDM duties as both the Principal Designer and the Client
  • Delivering audits, inspections, and management system reviews
