Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Consultant to join our team at Aon. As a Senior Risk Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and delivering consulting services to clients focused on risk retention, (re)insurance programme design, captive insurance companies, self-insurance strategies, alternative risk financing, and legacy risk solutions.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management and a proven track record of delivering complex projects to clients. You will be responsible for leading the delivery of risk financing projects to clients in both written and verbal forms, providing leadership within the consulting practice, and contributing to marketing and business planning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead in the delivery of risk financing projects to clients in both written and verbal forms.
- Provide leadership within the consulting practice around the management of individual engagements as well as the overall development of the consulting proposition.
- Contribute to marketing and business planning initiatives as well as identifying new opportunities for the team through effectively managing relationships within Aon and externally.
- Operate in an Aon United manner to bring the best of Aon to clients.
- There is flexibility of location under Aon's Smart Working framework, although the client-centric nature of the role means that a regular presence in London is likely.
