Ark Workplace Risk is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fire and Safety Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our professional services team, you will be responsible for delivering fire risk assessments and general risk assessments to our clients across the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough fire risk assessments and general risk assessments in residential and commercial buildings
- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential hazards
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry regulations and standards, including Approved Document B and BS 9999/9997
- Communicate complex risk assessment findings to clients in a clear and concise manner
- Minimum 5 years' experience in risk assessment and compliance
- Proven track record of delivering fire risk assessments and general risk assessments in the built environment
- Strong knowledge of UK regulations and industry standards
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- NEBOSH General Certificate in Health & Safety or equivalent
- Recognized fire safety memberships or working towards
- Competitive salary between £55,000 and £65,000 per annum
