About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Depaul UK. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our outreach and assessment services for individuals experiencing homelessness.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with our outreach team to identify and engage with individuals in need of support
  • Conducting assessments to determine eligibility for our services
  • Developing and implementing support plans to help individuals achieve their goals
  • Collaborating with local authorities and other stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
  • Managing a personalisation fund to provide material support to clients

You will need to have a strong understanding of the challenges faced by homeless individuals, particularly those from the Roma community. Experience working with vulnerable populations and a proven track record of delivering effective support services are essential.
