Receptionist and Administrative Coordinator

- Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
- Handle incoming calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence on behalf of the team.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, book meetings, and manage diaries for directors and managers as needed.
- Assist with events and meetings, including setup, coordination, and cleanup.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the team and the school.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Excellent customer service skills
