Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate front-desk activities, including managing calendars, meeting rooms, and booking appointments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Provide general administrative support, including travel booking and office organization.
  • Assist with events and special projects as needed.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
