We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist Coordinator at SwimKidz South East London. This part-time role will involve coordinating swimming lessons, managing front desk operations, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations: Greet and assist parents, manage registers of attendees, and maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Lesson Coordination: Assist in the setup and teardown of swimming lessons, ensure a smooth flow of parents in and out of the pool, and work with teachers to ensure a seamless experience.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to parents, answer questions, and address any concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare and organize items required for new starters, take pool readings, and log them, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other staff members.
