We are seeking a highly organized and personable individual to fill the role of Receptionist/Office Manager at Dangote Industries Limited in London.

In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our company, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for visitors and ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.

You will be responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, coordinating office supplies, and performing various administrative tasks.

Your friendly and professional demeanor will contribute to creating a positive work environment for our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and responding to inquiries.
  • Coordinate office supplies and maintain a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Develop and implement effective systems for managing office operations.
  • Ensure the office is maintained in a clean and tidy condition.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or office manager.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Must be eligible to work in London (documentation, residency status etc.).
