Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Construction Team Director to take charge of our Construction Management team. This role involves leading, coaching, and developing a team of Construction Managers, while also driving business transformation by adopting new tools and technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering or construction, with significant experience in the Engineering/Construction Management field. They must be able to simplify processes, engage with construction supply chain partners, and establish best practice learning and development opportunities.

Key Skills and Qualifications

* Degree in an engineering or construction discipline
* Significant experience in the Engineering/Construction Management field
* Strong analytical skills
* Ability to drive innovation, simplify processes, and engage with construction supply chain partners to establish best practice learning and development opportunities
