Job Overview:

AWE Plc is recruiting an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to oversee the development of our Future Materials Campus. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of a critical infrastructure project.

About the Role:

As Senior Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading the engineering team in the design and delivery of the Future Materials Campus. You will develop and implement effective project management strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Lead the engineering team in the design and delivery of the Future Materials Campus.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will require a strong background in engineering project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire your team. Your experience should include managing complex projects, developing and implementing project plans, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Salary:

The salary for this role is between £62,020 - £98,020 per annum, dependent on experience.
