The AWE Plc is currently looking for an Engineering Lifecycle Manager to lead our maintenance and reliability efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our engineering operations and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a robust maintenance strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Manage and oversee maintenance activities across multiple sites and teams.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in maintenance engineering or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leadership and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
