About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join our team on an interim basis. This is a full-time role with 1 or 2 days per week in our city centre offices and the rest working from home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead HR transformation initiatives and system implementations, driving organisational change and improvement.
  • Develop and support strategic HR plans and programs, aligning with business objectives.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Conduct needs assessments and prepare business cases for HR initiatives, providing evidence-based recommendations.
  • Monitor project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring effective use of resources.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and develop recruitment strategies for diverse roles and levels.
  • Guide hiring managers through selection and offer processes, ensuring fair and transparent practices.
  • Analyse existing HR processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing best practices and industry standards.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have solid experience as an HR Consultant and Business Partner, with expertise in strategic HR projects including system implementations, recruitment, and process improvements. Coaching and assisting with ER best practices is also essential.

Benefits and Salary
