About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Transformation Unit Lead - Pharmacy Stores Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise pharmacy assistants in the stores and distribution team.
  • Liaise with internal departments, including pharmacy and procurement teams.
  • Communicate effectively with external medicine suppliers.
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain high accuracy standards.
Requirements
  • GCSE Maths and English qualifications.
  • NVQ2 or NVQ level 3 in Pharmacy Services.
  • Experience of implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of safe working practices and risk assessment.
