Clinical Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Development Lead to join our Transformation Unit. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for establishing and developing skilled practice in the multidisciplinary management and nursing care of adult patients with a range of respiratory conditions.
Key Responsibilities- To establish and develop skilled practice in the multidisciplinary management and nursing care of adult patients with a range of respiratory conditions, predominantly Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD), asthma, COPD and those requiring oxygen therapy.
- To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care and improve clinical outcomes.
The postholder will have regular contact with vulnerable people and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
In order to apply for this role, applicants must have a Nursing Degree and appropriate UK professional registration. This post requires a salary of £37,338 - £44,962 per annum, pro rata.
