Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 per annum

Job Description

We are looking for a Doctor who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and has the ability to lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals. As a Clinical Lead Physician, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to improve patient care and safety, while ensuring that all clinical staff are working to the highest standards.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the National Health Service (NHS) and its policies, as well as experience of working in a fast-paced hospital environment. You will also have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their best.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve patient care and safety
  • Leading and managing a team of healthcare professionals
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in medicine (MB ChB or equivalent)
  • Advanced Life Support certification
  • MRCP Part 1 & 2 qualifications
