**Job Title:** Strategic HR Technology Consultant

**Estimated Salary:** £80,000 - £110,000 per annum

We are seeking a talented Strategic HR Technology Consultant to join our team. As an Engagement Manager, you will lead the delivery of high-quality SuccessFactors deployment projects, providing specialist advice and working closely with clients to optimize processes and maximize the benefits of SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the delivery of high-quality SuccessFactors deployment projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  2. Provide specialist advice on SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, and integration with other systems.
  3. Work closely with clients to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging SuccessFactors to drive business outcomes.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project results, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business requirements.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in delivering SuccessFactors implementations, with a strong understanding of Employee Central and other modules.
  2. Advanced functional knowledge of HR processes, including hire-to-retire and newer HR processes/capabilities in skills and AI.
  3. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to build and maintain key client relationships.
  4. Experience in a functional and/or technical role in a business or systems delivery environment, preferably in the HR sector.
  5. Strong analytical skills, with ability to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesize large amounts of information.
  6. Excellent documentation, reporting, and presentation skills, with ability to effectively transfer knowledge and adapt approach to suit client needs.
Qualifications:
  • Educated to degree level.
  • SuccessFactors Certifications.
