This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Transformational HR Leader to join our People Leadership Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving talent development and cultural transformation across the organisation. Your primary focus will be on partnering with senior leadership to deliver strategic HR initiatives, fostering a high-performance culture, and developing future leaders within the business.

Key Responsibilities
* Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic HR plans, aligning with business objectives.
* Lead talent development initiatives, including leadership coaching, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cultural transformation, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.

Requirements
* Proven track record of delivering transformational change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong partnership skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels of the organisation.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in talent development, leadership coaching, and organisational design.
* CIPD qualified (level 7) or equivalent.
