People and Culture Transformation Leader

As our People and Culture Transformation Leader for the UK Venues, you'll drive transformative change, focusing on employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion. You'll collaborate with our leadership team and General Managers to provide strategic HR guidance and solutions that align with our business objectives.
In this role, you'll lead initiatives to develop colleagues' skills and competencies, implement HR systems and policies, and foster a high-performance culture. You'll also contribute to HR strategy development, lead initiatives to improve engagement and retention, and ensure timely delivery of key HR processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic HR plans to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership and teams to understand business needs and provide effective HR support.
- Design and deliver training programs to develop colleagues' skills and competencies.
- Manage and mentor junior HR staff to support their growth and development.
- Lead employee relations issues and oversee the recruitment process.
- Support performance management and foster a high-performance culture.
- Contribute to HR strategy development and lead initiatives to improve engagement and retention.
- Implement HR systems, policies, and global initiatives to ensure business alignment.
- Share best practices and adapt HR processes for better delivery.
- Ensure timely delivery of key HR processes and support succession planning.
- Work with leaders to create business cases for performance enhancement.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in Generalist HR roles, including strategic partnership responsibilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
- Proven ability to plan and manage work programs, handle conflicting demands, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and collaborate with stakeholders.
- High level of IT proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Knowledge of TUPE processes and related legal requirements.
- Experience implementing new HR systems.
- Background in cultural development and team collaboration.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you can expect a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave, Life Assurance, % Pension, and eye care vouchers.
