Job Overview

Mccormick & Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercialisation Project Manager to lead the internal effort to win and deliver EMEA Flavour Solutions commercialisation projects. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, driving project delivery, and ensuring speed and innovation remain core competencies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive effective discussions with project resources and stakeholders. They will also have experience in process improvement, stakeholder management, and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive commercialisation projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Project manage a wide range of projects, utilising strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery speed and quality.
  • Communicate priorities and risks effectively, driving action and engagement.
  • Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process through Pipeline Meetings.
  • Provide training and support to direct reports and other team members.
  • Secure stakeholder support for process improvements and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • University degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in FMCG or related environment.
  • Proven experience in project management methodology, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong leadership and people development skills.
  • Able to design and implement process improvements.
  • Self-managing, results-oriented, and capable of leading multiple initiatives.
  • Fluent English.
