Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercialisation Project Manager to lead our internal effort to win and deliver EMEA Flavour Solutions commercialisation projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving commercialisation projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Main Responsibilities

  • Project manage commercialisation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive project success, including stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and risk management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely issue resolution and effective communication.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and internal teams, to ensure project success and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide training and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver projects successfully.
  • Contribute to the development of the commercialisation team, including recruitment, talent development, and performance management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a FMCG or related environment, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Desirable: PRINCE 2, PMP, Prosci Practitioner, or other relevant certifications.
  • Desirable: Salesforce experience, Integrated Business Planning (IBP) experience, or other relevant skills.
