As a key member of the commercialisation team, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams and ensuring speed and innovation remain a core competency. The ideal candidate should be able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and manage one direct report.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive commercialisation projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Project manage a wide range of projects in a well-organised, co-operative way, with strong attention to detail.
  • Build new processes and drive improvements to existing processes to enable continuous improvement in the speed and quality of delivery of commercialisation projects.
  • Understand and communicate priorities & risks clearly, to drive action and engagement.
  • Support Pipeline Meetings as part of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
  • Provide training and support to direct reports and other members of the commercialisation team to enable them to grow.
  • Secure stakeholder support for process improvements and assistance to unblock issues that are preventing project progression.

Candidate Profile:

  • University degree holder in Business Management, Supply Chain or another related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience within a FMCG or related environment.
  • Proven experience in Project Management methodology, tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills and able to drive effective discussions with project resources from tactical execution level up to Senior Leadership level.
  • Stakeholder management and ability to influence positively in decision making.
  • Strong leadership and people development & management skills.
  • Able to design and implement process improvements successfully, securing support and resources as required.
  • Self-managing, results oriented and capable of leading multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Able to enter uncertain situations, assess opportunities, identify stakeholders, and bring direction to a project.
  • Previous experience in working with a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Fluent English.
