Key Responsibilities
- Lead a clinical team and manage risk within areas of responsibility
- Contribute heavily to the implementation of additional services
- Deliver and implement partnership strategy
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
- Oversee clinical operations and ensure efficient delivery
- Ensure compliance with relevant bodies and regulations
- Develop skill-mix amongst clinical team and ensure colleagues develop well on an individual basis
Requirements
- Full-time Nurse Clinical Manager role
- Key member of the Senior Management team
- Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care
- Heavily contribute to strategic development of the clinical team
