About the Role

This is a pivotal position within McCormick & Company, responsible for leading the internal effort to win and deliver commercialisation projects in the EMEA region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, driving projects to completion, and ensuring speed and innovation remain core competencies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Drive commercialisation projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of experts, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects remain on track and within budget.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and team efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to secure support and resources for project success.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Recruitment and Talent Management: Lead recruitment activities and develop talent within the team.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven project management experience within a FMCG or related environment, leading cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership: Line management experience, managing team members in remote locations.
  • Communication: Fluent English language skills.
  • Certifications: Desired: PRINCE 2, PMP, Prosci Practitioner or another relevant certification.
  • Education: University degree holder in Business Management, Supply Chain or another related field.
  • Skills: Experienced and technically competent project manager, able to lead cross-functional teams effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
