About the Role

This is a pivotal position within McCormick & Company, responsible for leading the internal effort to win and deliver commercialisation projects in the EMEA region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, driving project delivery, and ensuring speed and innovation remain core competencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Drive commercialisation projects to ensure timely and successful delivery, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Leadership: Lead an internal cross-functional team of department experts, ensuring they are focused, energized, and on track to meet project objectives.
  • Communication: Clearly communicate priorities and risks to drive action and engagement, and build credibility and positive working relationships across all levels and geographies.
  • Process Improvement: Design and implement process improvements to enable continuous improvement in the speed and quality of delivery of commercialisation projects.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders effectively to keep them closely connected to the commercialisation programme, and secure stakeholder support for process improvements and assistance to unblock issues.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous project management experience within a FMCG or related environment, leading cross-functional teams.
  • Line Management: Experience in managing team members in remote locations.
  • Language: Fluent English.
  • Education: University degree holder in Business Management, Supply Chain, or another related field.
  • Professional Qualifications: Professional qualification in project management and, ideally, change management.
