Job Title: Senior Commercialisation Project Manager

This role is responsible for leading the internal effort to win and deliver EMEA Flavour Solutions commercialisation projects. These projects include launches of new product innovations and product/packaging changes manufactured in the EMEA region.

The successful candidate will report to the Head of Commercialisation and lead a cross-functional team of department experts. This role ensures speed and innovation remain a core competency and that the team is focused, energized, and on track to meet project objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive commercialisation projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Project manage a wide range of projects in a well-organised and co-operative manner, with strong attention to detail.
  • Build new processes and drive improvements to existing processes to enhance the speed and quality of commercialisation project delivery.
  • Communicate priorities and risks clearly to drive action and engagement.
  • Support Pipeline Meetings as part of the Integrated Business Planning process.
  • Provide training and support to direct reports and other team members to enable growth.
  • Secure stakeholder support for process improvements and assistance to unblock project progression issues.

Candidate Profile:

  • University degree holder in Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience within a FMCG or related environment.
  • Proven experience in Project Management methodology, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to drive effective discussions with project resources.
  • Stakeholder management and ability to influence positively in decision making.
  • Strong leadership and people development & management skills.
  • Able to design and implement process improvements successfully.
  • Self-managing, results-oriented, and capable of leading multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Able to enter uncertain situations, assess opportunities, and bring direction to a project.
  • Previous experience in working with a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Fluent English.
