Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and lead the team to meet performance targets and goals.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, ensuring KPIs are met.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to provide feedback and address issues.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members effectively.
  • Handle conflict resolution and maintain a positive team culture.
  • Assist in the training and development of new team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Team Leader or in a supervisory role.
