Junior Adventures Group is seeking a motivated and caring Breakfast and After School Club Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of high-quality care and activities for children aged 4-11 years old in Primary Schools across Reigate, Surrey.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have experience in childcare management and team leading, with a proven track record of providing inclusive and engaging care for children. They will be able to communicate effectively with parents, schools, and other stakeholders, while implementing protocols and policies to ensure the safety and well-being of the children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the delivery of planned activities and provide care for children during term time.
  • Develop and implement effective communication systems to ensure seamless collaboration between venues, teams, parents, and Central Operations.
  • Plan and deliver engaging and fun activities that cater to diverse interests and needs of children.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including staff rotas, child attendance, and incident reports.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess: A strong background in childcare management and team leading

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Enhanced DBS check (paid for by us)

Salary:

Up to £14.00 per hour (21 hours per week minimum during term time)
