Job Overview

KOOSA Kids Ltd, a leading provider of before and after school childcare, is seeking an experienced individual to join our team as an After School Club Supervisor. This role involves managing the daily operations of our new club at Holmesdale Community Infant School in Reigate, Surrey.

About the Role

We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience in a childcare, early years, or playwork setting. A Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Childcare or Playwork is beneficial but not essential. The ideal candidate will be able to relate and engage with children aged 4-11 years.

The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the After School Club, including supervising a small team and ensuring the safe and organised running of the club. They will also be responsible for developing a thorough understanding of KOOSA Kids' programme of activity and delivering activities accordingly to children each afternoon.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the After School Club.
  • Supervise a small team and ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of KOOSA Kids' programme of activity and deliver activities accordingly to children each afternoon.
  • Purchase healthy snacks for the After School Club.
  • Actively develop a thorough understanding of relevant Ofsted standards & KOOSA Kids internal policies & procedures, including safeguarding.
