Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist kitchen staff in preparing and serving high-quality food in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of food items, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Operate kitchen equipment efficiently, including dishwashers and ovens.
  • Contribute to stock control and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Support waste management and recycling initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team on various tasks and duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in catering or kitchen environments is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with basic food hygiene principles (Food Hygiene Certificate preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
