Care Programmes Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Care Programmes Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating stimulating environments that enable us to deliver exceptional care and support for our residents.
The ideal candidate will have warm and empathetic skills, being able to get to know our residents and their families. You will also be highly organised, with excellent planning and people skills.
As a Care Programmes Coordinator, your primary focus will be on devising imaginative activities that cater to every interest and ability. This may involve collaborating with staff members and local community groups to create engaging programmes.

About You
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong organisational skills, be driven, and have an infectious enthusiasm for motivating others. While previous experience is not essential, it would be beneficial.
