Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our care homes, including answering phones, handling files, and meeting residents and visitors. A key aspect of this role is building relationships with residents, their families, and prospective clients, showcasing our care homes' facilities and services.
Key Responsibilities- Main duties: Answering phones, handling files, meeting and greeting visitors, engaging with residents, and conducting tours of our care homes.
