Main Responsibilities:
  • Calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Preparing meeting materials, taking notes, and maintaining accurate records
  • Processing timesheets and expenses, ensuring timely completion and compliance with internal policies
  • Maintaining client files, adhering to records management procedures
  • Producing high-quality reports, letters, and presentations, utilizing company templates and branding guidelines

Requirements:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong numeracy and attention to detail
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team, using initiative to support colleagues
  • Strong customer service focus, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
  • Flexible approach, with the capacity to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive training, a company pension scheme, life insurance, medical insurance, and flexible benefits options.
