About the Job

The Healthcare Team Coordinator will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants at Barchester Healthcare. This role involves supporting the clinical team in specific areas, such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews. The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.

As a Healthcare Team Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to develop your career through ongoing training opportunities, allowing you to progress to roles such as Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing positions. We are looking for individuals who are warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to providing individualized care and support to our residents.
