Job Description:

The Office and Facilities Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our office environment. This multifaceted position is responsible for creating a safe, efficient, and innovative workspace that promotes productivity and collaboration.

This includes coordinating office operations and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as planning and managing company events to ensure their smooth execution from inception to completion.

The successful candidate will have proven experience within an office or facilities type role and some understanding of facilities management best practices, including health and safety regulations.

A demonstrable ability to oversee office operations efficiently and effectively is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience in event management.
