Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Creation: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for various departments.
  • Travel Coordination: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
  • Data Management: Manage office filing systems and databases efficiently.
  • Event Support: Assist with organizing company events and training sessions.
  • Ad-Hoc Support: Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
