Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage CRM tickets for mobile products from O2, Vodafone, and EE
  • Ensure timely customer responses through group email inbox management
  • Maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers, and partners, updating the CRM database accordingly
  • Complete training on supplier portals and communication processes
  • Identify potential errors or issues that may affect business operations
  • Assist with sales order creation and validation
  • Provide out-of-hours support to customers within the Networks on-call schedule
