Business Development Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CRM tickets for mobile products from O2, Vodafone, and EE
- Ensure timely customer responses through group email inbox management
- Maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers, and partners, updating the CRM database accordingly
- Complete training on supplier portals and communication processes
- Identify potential errors or issues that may affect business operations
- Assist with sales order creation and validation
- Provide out-of-hours support to customers within the Networks on-call schedule
