Role Overview

As a Bank Care Assistant, you'll work on a flexible basis to provide cover for our care homes. Your role will involve supporting residents with their daily living needs, including personal care, mealtime assistance, and social activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £10.50 - £11.00 per hour, depending on experience. You'll also receive a comprehensive induction program, ongoing training, and support from our experienced team.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Previous experience in a caring profession, preferably in an elderly care setting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
