Get-Recruited (UK) Ltd is a leading Chartered Insurance Broker based in Scotland, offering a remote/hybrid working option. We are seeking a skilled Commercial Business Development Lead to grow our existing book of business in the commercial insurance sector.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Account Handler team to retain and develop new business opportunities. You will be responsible for building long-lasting relationships with clients, closing deals, and developing new business opportunities through networking and portfolio growth.

Job Summary:

£40,000 - £60,000 per annum + Car Allowance & Company Phone. This role offers a competitive salary package, including a car allowance, company phone, and pension scheme. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, account management, and a strong understanding of the insurance market.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Commercial Business Development Lead or in a similar sales role, Strong influencing, negotiating, problem-solving, and analytical skills, Adaptable, focused, and professional approach, Detailed knowledge of the insurance market and its impact on clients, Expertise in insurance products and services, sales, and customer service, Excellent face-to-face relationship-building skills, Commitment to staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulations
