Caregiver Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate caregiver to join our team at Selkirk Seniors Village. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing hands-on care to our residents, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Assist residents with mobility issues, such as walking and transferring
- Promote independence and confidence among residents by encouraging participation in daily activities

Education and Experience
- Graduation from a recognized Care Aide program or equivalent
- Active membership in the British Columbia Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry
- Food Safe Level 1 certification (asset)
- Previous experience working in long-term care (asset)

Salary Range and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly wage of $31.50-$36.95, based on experience. Additional benefits include opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a supportive team environment.
