Caregiver Position Available

Sienna Senior Living is looking for a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to join our team. As a Care Team Support Associate, you will provide direct care to our residents and support their overall well-being.

This is a Permanent Casual (On-Call) position that offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and innovation.

Key Accountabilities
  • Maintains accurate resident records and required documentation in accordance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
  • Assists with medication administration and care tasks, including blood pressure monitoring, catheter care, and mobility exercises.
  • Monitors resident well-being and ensures prompt response to call bells and door alarms.
  • Completes resident care assignments, including laundry and common area cleaning duties.
  • Answers all resident calls and provides courteous service.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of Care Aid certificate program and registration with the BC Care Aide Registry.
  • Medication Certification is required.
  • Experience working in Assisted Living is essential.
  • Current First Aid/CPR training and experience with medication assistance are necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills are required.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team is crucial.
