Job Description:This Resident Care Associate role involves supporting the physical and emotional needs of residents at Cogir Senior Living, fostering a safe and supportive environment.
Main Tasks:- Assist residents with personal care and hygiene tasks, promoting independence and dignity
- Monitor and report any changes in resident condition or behavior to supervisory staff
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A graduate diploma in Health Care Aide program (or provincial equivalent certificate program with minimum 500 hours in Ontario & Alberta of theory & practicum)
- Experience working with seniors in a community health services setting
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification recommended
