This is a unique opportunity for a skilled Physiotherapy Services Manager to join our team in Carlisle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality rehabilitation physiotherapy to adults in the community setting, working closely with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and review rehabilitation plans.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire our team members to deliver exceptional patient care. They will also have a strong passion for adult rehabilitation and be able to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.

About the Team:
- Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and review rehabilitation plans.
- Support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals and improving their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:

- Assess, plan, and deliver individualised treatment programs to help patients regain mobility and independence.
