About the Role
The North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Safety and Security Professional to join their team. This role will provide an excellent opportunity for an individual to develop their skills and knowledge in health safety within a dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist and support the Lead Health & Safety Advisers/Local Security Management Specialist by coordinating and implementing activities to enable the Trust to meet its responsibilities for health and safety, and security management.
- Provide professional advice on all Health Safety and Security issues, and support Divisional Managers and other Senior Managers in implementing health and safety, security management activities within their service areas.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a healthcare setting and hold relevant qualifications such as IOSH certification. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels within the organisation.
Benefits
In addition to a competitive salary of £42,000 - £54,000 per annum, the successful candidate will receive a comprehensive benefits package including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave entitlement.
