We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Consultant to join our team at Principal People Recruitment. This exciting opportunity is based in the Carlisle area and will involve providing expert health and safety advice to a diverse portfolio of clients.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of health and safety regulations. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining and servicing our highly-regarded client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visiting client sites around the Scottish Highlands to provide competent health and safety advice and guidance
  • Advising clients on generalist health and safety matters across various industry sectors including Leisure, Care, Hospitality, Construction, Manufacturing, Retail, Engineering, and Education
  • Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their businesses, and agreeing on plans for their health and safety responsibilities

Requirements:
  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Member of IOSH at Certified or Chartered level
  • Full UK Driving License

In return, the salary is £43,000 per annum, plus a car allowance of up to £6,000, making this a highly competitive offer.
