Job Title: Strategic Partnership Manager

Safety Net is a charity supporting the recovery of those affected by rape, exploitation, sexual and domestic abuse across Cumbria. We offer free advice, support, counselling, therapy, and group work to adults, children, and young people who have been affected by abuse and trauma.

This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that generate new trading income streams, expand our reach, and provide vital services to those in need.

  • We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team, focusing on building relationships with key partners and funders to secure funding for our projects.
  • The successful candidate will also contribute to the development and implementation of Safety Net's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with our mission and goals.
  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Data monitoring and compliant use of data to inform decision-making and drive growth.
    • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
    • Developing and implementing innovative strategies to increase our impact and reach.

Estimated salary: £28,000 - £32,500 per annum, depending on experience.

In return, we offer a competitive salary, 8 weeks' annual leave, travel opportunities across Cumbria, and a range of benefits including company sick pay, maternity/paternity support, carers leave, and a 4% employer pension contribution.
